The Primal Blueprint
If you read my first blog entry under the Diet & Nutrition category, you’ll see that my path to a primal diet was an evolution which took place over a period of years. When I read Mark Sisson’s great book, everything finally fell into place. His material is well documented, makes sense, and is presented in a positive way. I have benefited tremendously from Mark’s work and I am proud to present his book here on my site.
Making the most of the Primal Blueprint principles means taking control of what you eat by preparing your own foods whenever possible. The Primal Blueprint Cookbook is a great guide. The “Baking Bacon” trick is a favorite in my household.
